I called in the morning to check if my package I had ordered next day had gone out in the delivery or if it was still there, so I could pick it up. I was greeted very warmly then trans to another..not so warm person who told me very matter of factly (rudely) that they hadn't finished sorting the mail yet and she was sure if it was there it would go out and that I should have just checked online. I have worked in customer service for many years and would never had responded as she did. There was many ways she could have worded, even changing her voice where didn't make me feel like I was being a major annoyance. This has left a VERY bad taste in my mouth.
