Dropped off and disappeared!! i dropped off the pkg and it disappear in this location very often. sometime it got stuck in this location for a long time. and the people at this station provide no service whatsoever
One of the staff at the post office SAVED MY BUTT. I almost mailed my passport to the wrong branch in the wrong envelope . He was so patient and nice . I really wish I had asked his name. Thank you so much!
Horrible Customer service. Waited 45 minutes in line and was told by the person in front the pink slip is not good and they couldn't find my package so they needed the tracking number. I stepped to the side for a minute to find the tracking number, but after I found the tracking number they told me to get back in line and wait another 45 minutes.. That's absurd!!
I mean, its the USPS.... set your expectations accordingly. This location is totally fine, waits are never too bad, staff is friendly. I have been to many much worse locations.
Great place, nice staff. Easy to walk to, though it's in a sketchy place so that's a negative. Overall, the postal office itself is a great place. However where it just so happens to be at isn't that nice. Four Stars
I'd give zero stars if possible. Not only do they not deliver, they also treat you poorly at the post office. One time I encountered the postwoman at my apartment, and guess what, she was just about to write a "we missed you" slip. I asked her where my package was, and there, she went back down the stairs, into her truck, and out with my packages. I'm always at home, if not, my parents are at home waiting for incoming packages on schedule delivery days. However, the postwoman NEVER rings the doorbell! Its only inches away, come on! Once again, today I had my phone text notifications flipped on as I waited for my packages. Ironically, they can't ring my doorbell, but my phone could send me a "we missed you" notification. I'M SITTING, WAITING FOR MY PACKAGES! I AM NOT DEAF! MY PARENTS ARE NOT DEAF! WE ARE AT HOME AND THE DOORBELL IS INCHES AWAY FROM THE MAILBOX THEY SLIP IN THE "WE MISSED YOU" SLIP! I pay extra for early delivery, but there's no point because I have to wait an extra day to pick it up myself, only to wait in an incredibly long line at the post office, and confront with another post lady who barks at me to whip out my ID card because the pink slip isn't enough, or sometimes when the USPS postwoman doesn't even leave a pink slip, I'm doubted of owning the package. One time I had to protest the post woman to go to the back to find my package, and she'd come back with a grumpy face and my package she "clearly doubted" was in the post office. Conclusion: They don't deliver properly, have long lines, and terrible service. I can't tell if they're racist too. The lady once questioned if I could read English because my email notification said "UPS". However, if she would bother to READ CLOSER, it says that my package was EXCHANGED from UPS TO USPS! She's the one who needs to learn how to read!
4.5 Stars- The clerks are so friendly and helpful serving regular postal as well as philatelic needs now since the Philatelic Window at Rincon Annex Office has been closed for quite some time. Sometimes I buy all the commemorative sheets they have available as the orders they place for some new issues are about 20x sheets. My only complaint is that they do not have Informed Delivery for the Post Office boxes and that the lobby hours for PO Box pick up are not longer. The boxes there are not really low cost, so we should be getting some premium services.
Literally the worst. The carrier on our local route lies and does not attempt to deliver packages. When I look online I see "Attempted delivery. Note left." which is a complete lie!! She simply just doesn't deliver our packages and instead drops them at this post office, but only sometimes. Other times the packages have been lost completely. The people who work here don't take it seriously and have had me write my phone number down on a random sheet of paper only to never call me no surprise. There is zero accountability and they will point you in circles to different staff until you finally give up.
Really friendly staff. New facility. No long lines during business hrs I went on a Thursday at noon
Very polite and helpful personnel. They do their best to keep queues as short as possible, so waiting time is lesser than that at some other SF USPS offices that I attended.
