Package said it was delivered. Wasn’t in my mailbox. Called the bacon office and our delivery man came back and helped find it, had it in my hand within an hour of my call. The best postal service I have ever received. Needed it before I left town the next day. Thanks USPS!

Lost ANOTHER package! This package had a tracking number. The delivered to the wrong address. Of course someone must have kept the package. The company I bought from refuses to reimburse me! Many of my neighbors are having issues and have had for some time now. 3 lost or misdelivered packages in the last 6mos. that I know of just within my small condo community! No help from the local branch. Call and get put on hold until you give up!!!

I wish I could pick a different post office to handle my mail. This office is nothing but trouble. I was on vacation and set up a mail hold service with them. They failed to hold any of my mail. I have multiple confirmation emails, so I know it was supposed to work. I had a package that was delivered needing a signature while I was gone. I went to try to pick up this package as soon as I returned and tried to explain to the lady working that my mail hold apparently didn't go through, but I wanted to pick up my package. She was incredibly rude to me for no reason, then failed to find my package and claimed it was being sent back. She also accused me of setting up the mail hold wrong without asking for a confirmation number or any information of any kind. As soon as I tried to ask her a question, she rudely told me to wait for a manager because she wasn't going to deal with me anymore. This encounter was ridiculous and completely unnecessary. I wish I got her name so I could tell whoever is above her how horrible she is at her job. I talked to the guy that actually delivers mail to me and he found the package the next day. He said it was in the post office and that lady was just being irritable. I guess wanting to receive my mail makes this lady mad. I sincerely wish people at this branch gave a damn about what they are supposed to be doing for a living. I've had other incidents of bad customer service here, but this incident has finally prompted me to write a bad review. At other branches downtown I get better treatment by people who know the basics of being polite. Bacon Station USPS is a joke and at least some of the people working there simply don't care if you get your mail or not. Instead, they treat customers as an inconvenience. From now on, I'm having all my mail sent to my work so I don't have to deal with this level of apathy and incompetence. The actual mail carrier for my house does a great job and was very pleasant to deal with. He actually took a single minute out of his day to hear me out, then made it right with me. Good on him. Whoever that lady was at the station should be fired due to having a severe attitude problem.

I am constantly getting someone's mail other than mine. It so frustrating I feel a mail carrier at least twice a week!! Makes me wonder how much mail I never see......

Worst post office ever!!! Should of had a package there waiting for me since Tuesday! Was a one day delivery it is now Thursday and still no package. All I had was a note in my po box went to the front desk and they could not find it like seriously that is your one job to help out customers with their mail!! Never go to this place made the mistake myself in trusting them.
