People that set an appointment get to jump the line for past ports, i waited an hour and someone shows up at 1:00 and gets to jump the line instantly. Everyone thats a walkin has to sit and wait till there are no appointments around there time. -rep

I have to go to the post office often for PO box for my work. More times than not, very slow but the people have been mostly helpful.

If I could rate this facility less than 1 star I would. I experienced terrible customer service today and was made to feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. The person helping me was very rude and condescending. This is not the first time I've witnessed this type of behavior here, but the first time I've experienced it first hand. The staff really needs some customer service training. I will not return to this location.

 I was able to go to the Nora location and have everything taken care of quickly and with superior service and help!

Packages take 2-3 days to reach Indianapolis and they are no longer scanning packages on departure.  I often ship Priority and they are continually 2-3 days late.  My customers complain with shipping times. 
 Our local mail delivery times often reach into late afternoon even on Saturday.  We have mail delivered after sunset in the winter months.

Very friendly place. I visit this post office almost every other day and meet with at least one agent on a daily basis. I volunteer for couple of non-profits and have a post box there. No matter what time you go there, 8:00am or 6:00pm, every one are pleasant and happy to help. I don't know why some one would write bad comments about this place unless they are frustrated with their own problems and come to the post office with a negative attitude ! Also every one who read the comments must understand one thing - every unhappy customer will post a review because they want to vent their negative energy, but only one in 1000 happy customer will write a review - Thanks for reading !
