Always Great Service,  Nothing but good to say about these folks and the USPS.

We have a locking mailbox. Our current mail carrier there's not bother stuff in her mail all the way in the slot but leaves it hanging out. We had our mail stolen once several years ago.  Now we have another rash of males have going on in our community of Bosque Farms.  I called and talked to the acting postmaster Crystal, who is very cordial and accommodating. It is the first positive conversation I have had with the postmaster at the Peralta post office ever. I hope you retain her as the permanent postmaster. She is doing a good job. Mike

For over 2 months I have not been receiving my mail on a regular basis.  I live in Bosque Farms.  My mail has gone to neighbor's houses. One neighbor kept my bills over 3 weeks before giving me my mail. At this time they were all over due. This included my Arizona taxes. Another neighbor told me she has some of my mail this week!   Who knows what happened to the rest of my mail and what else I am missing! !
    I called 2 weeks ago about this problem and it's still occurring!  This problem needs fixed today!

To start off, the older woman with dark hair was being extremely rude to the elderly gentleman in front of me. She told him that she didn't have time to explain something to him because she had to take care of the rest of us. When she finished with him I then walked up to the counter and she did not greet me, or even say a word for that matter. She just stared at me until I told her what I needed. When she finally did speak to me she was very rude and when I asked her a question she responded as if I was asking something stupid and if I were incompetent. This woman should be working in a department that does not require customer service. This is my first review I have ever written so that must say something about this woman's customer service and I know what it's like to work in customer service, however there was no excuse for her behavior.
