Called on the phone and very rude and sarcastic. When I actually went into the building they were great, but over the phone they are terrible at customer service.

Waiting for package from VA.  Called VA & they informed me that the package had been delivered 3 days ago at my PO Box & gave me a track #. I went to PO office to get it.  They delivered it alright,  just not to my box!  Spoke to Mr Adam Marquez - supervisor.  He wouldn't own the fact that they lost it,  just that they couldn't find it.  No solution offered, no apology,  nothing.  I had to ask him to write a letter for me to take to VA so I could get another pair.  He didn't offer an apology in the letter either,  didn't say they lost the package.  He could be a politician : deny deny deny & don't ever apologize,  that's their motto.  I had to insist on an apology.  He re-wrote it to include an apology.  I pay their wages & pay for my po box at this location,  & this is what I get?  When the rent on the po box is due again,  I will stop service.  They'll have to deliver my mail at my apartment.

Went from 1 to 3 stars. My last experience was much better. I still prefer the location on graceland and prospect or the one on Louisiana (inside Smith's grocery store.)

The mail carrier cashier took my package and did not deliver. It was a dress I was returning worth 50.00. I never got my refund.
