This place is garbage. Most disrespectful staff. Maybe if they spent a less time chatting and more time doing their jobs people wouldn't have to wait 30 minutes in line every single time they went in. Please hire new staff

I have never seen a smiling worker in this place at all, anytime I've ever had to go to this post office. Maybe you should hire people who can tolerate workinf in customer service. Or give the current employees some classes on customer interaction, so they can learn some people skills. Horrible. Plus it's always busy and the lines are always ridiculously long. Not to mention when you finally get to the counter, they usually act like you're wasting their time.

Worst costumer service ever! Stood there for almost 40 minutes waiting for my "appointment" to get my passport all because they lost someone else's key. Couldn't even tell me what was actually going on!

god forbid they have to do anything but fail at the one job of delivering mail they have, I dare you to give the usps service line a call and see what happens.
