If I could give this post office zero stars I would! My mail is delivered by a contractor who apparently is more important than God and they can’t get rid of the person so, if and when I get a notification about a package, it’s usually three or four days late! Like today where it is December 23, the carrier lies and says that the notification was delivered on the 22nd and I could pick it up on the 23rd but of course they don’t put it in my box until the 23rd after the post office closes today on Saturday.  Oh and they are only open for an hour and a half on Saturdays. Pathetic. Worst service ever.  Merry Christmas from the post office :(

I stopped by this place to package some gifts. The employees provided us with a box and we   effectively packaged all the gifts, taped well using the Priority tape. When it came to them weighing it a second time, a lady advised a worker attending us that we cannot ship it as Priority as we had gifts that contained "liquid". We were not notified of this policy and due to that the lady said we would receive a discount. We had to tear off all the tape and retape the box using regular shipping tape. Then, when finally  it was weighed again, and the total price was given, we mentioned the supposed discount to the gentleman that attended us. When the lady came up, she acted is if she was surprised of a discount, saying "discount? What discount?" She changed her story by saying the discount was for the Priority tape used. Seriously!? Grrr ...I'm sure she did that because her supervisor was near! We still paid for our purchase as we needed it shipped ASAP but left with a grudge! Honesty is a plus for Customer Service! I do not plan on going back here anytime soon.

No appointment needed for passport. Took less than an hour.  Great service!  Friendly employees !

I have to echo the other reviewers.  This is by far the worst location I have been to in recent memory.  The traffic flow pattern is opposite of all other locations (and against natural flow) and the last time I was in there they only had 2 books of stamps in the entire building.  Wait times are out of line for how busy this location is NOT.  And finally when I complained about lack of stamps, she told me to order them on my smart phone.  Ummmmm: I don't have a smart phone, and then they would be delivered to another town when I need them HERE; plus then you charge me postage.  Don't think so!!!!

Anthony services Chaparral poorly with damaged or undelivered packages (laziness) and misdelivered mail. They can't even get the normal envelopes in the box and close it. Almost daily they are bent up in the door or half falling out with the door left hanging open. I call and someone apologizes but they never improve. If they actually have to get out of the vehicle to do something forget it. They can't be bothered.
