I can't reach a person at all when I call the Post office! I live in low income apartments with a mailbox that has a key but they left a package on my door! Thank goodness I was home but that wasn't all that I ordered so now I sit on eggshells hoping I'm home when my other packages arrive or hope they don't get stolen! Ugh

What is wrong with these people, I am calling from California and I was put on hold for 54 minutes and 28 seconds and still on hold?

This post office is crazy, I had a social security package that was sent to me in 2014 n I received it Dec 2016 I was like wow. Still have issues receiving my mail at my p.o. box in the post office. Rich and TJ are the most rude, ignorant, Incompetent vertical people I have ever talked to. No one take a accountability there all you get is excuses. I told them they all need to go back to kindergarten n learn abcs n 123. I just filed complaint n investigation with main hub. Just Google post office complaints.

No accountability. My mail was supposed to be being held until Friday and start forwarding on Saturday since I am moved out of the house I was renting last week and I am moving out of state at the end of this week. I received a confirmation number for my hold request and my change of address. Despite that, Alamogordo post office STILL sent my mail out to be delivered to the address that I no longer live at! I received a usps tracking notification this morning that my package was out for delivery, so I went to the post office. I was informed that there was no record of my hold request, despite me having a confirmation number and that they cannot do anything since the package is out for delivery and they have no way to contact the driver. I was informed that the driver may deliver it to the address that I am no longer living or the driver may bring it back to the post office but they won't know until it is "scanned". It never should have left the post office at all! So now I have to drive by the house (that I no longer live in) today to check for mail that should have been held at the post office, and if it's not there (assuming no one steals it) I have to go back to the post office and pick it up! It is soooooo frustrating!
