They insist that they delivered a package to my front door last week. I have security cameras on my porch and my footage shows no one ever coming by to deliver a package, yet they insist to me that they did. Total incompetency.

These are some of the most incompetent people I've ever encountered. Constantly missing mail, no accountability, wrong addressee in my mailbox, lazy. This place qualifies for comedy skits on SNL.

Awful place.  I arrived a half hour prior to closing with a package and no one in line in front of me.  They refused to check my package for accurate postage because both workers "wanted to get out of there" on a Friday.  I placed $9.75 in stamps for 2-day Priority Package post.  My stamps were all post-marked, and then returned to my home address.  A complete waste of $10 and time.

The driver assigned to my route is TERRIBLE. I was expecting 2 packages. First was was returned to sender due to a faulty address?! The second one I stood by my mail box to notice that the driver just passed by and now my package is being returned as well. Really...
