I always thought that post offices were supposed to be nice kind hearted employees who care about their community and customers. Not here at this Douglas Post office! My family does a lot of shopping online, and when we get a package through USPS it is NEVER to our house on the expected delivery day for one simple reason: the delivery drivers are LAZY! If there is a package that requires a signature the driver is supposed to knock on our door and see if we're home before leaving a "we took it to the post office notice" and we understand that so we are ALWAYS home when we have a package coming! And do you think a single postal worker has ever showed up at our doorstep? NO! NEVER! And we have complained to management about it and they never do a thing about it. We even had a situation where we requested to have a box remain at the post office so we can pick it up right away before they leave us a stupid notice and the manager said sure no problem and it didn't happen! And the staff at the actual post office are all horrible too! There is only one man that works there that I love and is always helpful. But I have had a man literally tell my husband that he isn't going to waste his time looking for his package because he knows it's still on the truck. I am so fed up with this post office and I can't wait until we move out of here and we never have to deal with them AGAIN! If I could give zero stars I would! 😡I forgot to mention that today we got our mail delivered to our box and only two of our three expected packages were there and when we checked the status online it said it wasn't delivered because "the business was closed" 😡 And our HOUSE is not a business and if they were able to deliver two they could've delivered them all!

Since our carrier Retired, the new carriers are ridiculous, we don't get mail at times, some of the mail has been getting lost, how sad that the numerous carriers are so disorganized!!! Get it together.....
