Whatever you do, don't waste your money or time attempting to ship anything frozen. Especially dry ice from this Clovis location. They gave me a estimated 2 and 3 days on 5 packages I went to send out and it took anywhere from 5-7. I lost $270 worth of goods not to mention $40 in dry ice and they didn't even bother to give any kind of refund whatsoever. Oh and not only that but USPS has piss poor guidance as far as shipping dry ice. The black and white doesn't say anything and is totally pointless. Ship with fed ex or ups. Good luck to you all.

The only complaint I have about this place, is the one Spanish guy working there that says he won't stand for the American flag.. I think that's a bunch of B.S. beings he does work for the US Government.. Just goes to show you how much he doesn't care... He needs fired!

Great customer service everytime i go in and very friendly and helpful.  Today i had a problem with my community mailbox by my house, i called and the maintenance guy was out of town so the guy answering the phone went and fixed it for me! Above and beyond service! :)
