Have to go into town to pick up my packages often. Seems the mailman working the east Alabama street area will not even attempt to make delivery if it involves getting off his truck. No such issues with UPS or FEDEX

Nick, I believe was his name went above with customer service. He made me feel so valued and he literally treated me like how he wanted to be treated. I ended up receiving my package an entire day sooner due to his kindness and diligence during a stressful event.

We are constantly having to physically chase down a package .. they scan it's delivered/left at reception area (hotel living) but yet delivered across town at a liquor store that we have to go get ... They aren't very nice another it either .. hard to get mail in a smaller town/ one package of a mistake two ok BUT 5!!! COME ON

Our mail is always mis-delivered.  We get other people's mail and sometimes don't get mail that is sent to us.  I have been calling the postmaster multiple times and he has failed to address the issue.  My carrier has also been very rude to me before.  I have never encountered such an unprofessional post office.

Great people, and counter to all the bad reports, I haven't had any trouble that wasn't a minor fixable mistake.
