I’ve been waiting on payment checks for my company for months now, I still haven’t received a check that was sent out at the beginning of November from Rye NH to Exeter NH, because of this particular post offices(Exeter NH) dis-organization. They seem to be too busy doing what every other state department does in Exeter kissing Phillips Exeter’s a*s. It’s very frustrating considering they make sure I get all of my commercial mail I.E bills & credit card offers, heaven forbid I get a check on time so I can pay those bills. I think Exeter NH post office should be investigated for deliberate mail loss. I truly believe things would come to light if this investigation took place.

The staff is friendly and willing to help. A few people stated they had a hard time getting their passports but I didn't have this problem at all. I called ahead to make sure the person was there for the passports and then drove over a 30 minutes later and it was all done with in 10 minutes. There is plenty of parking and I don't think I have ever waited in line for more than a few minutes. Plenty of shipping supplies right there and easily accessible.

Had a package at this post office and the guy wouldn't give it to me as I have 2 addresses in maine and nh and officially it's a maine Id. Showed him bills and everything to show I live in exeter and wouldn't give it to me and said I had to wait for it to return to the shipper. Never returned as he lost it on purpose and it was insured and when the post office investigation looked into to it. They told them the package was lost. It was sterling silver flatware and the buyer returned my money. The post office paid him but I lost out on a great deal cuz this man was a rude ignorant man that doesn't like minorities in my opinion. Great job usps. I can't wait for the post office to fall. Too many post office workers act like they can be rude and mean and it doesn't matter. That's why the post office is failing and I will laugh when they close permanently. They dont deserve 35 plus dollars an hour for acting like that.

I ship often through USPS and the Exeter Post Office for my business and they are always helpful and courteous, especially compared to other locations.

I constantly get other people's mail in my post office box.  They send my packages back without delivering them to me, saying I refused them. People are friendly, but service is for the birds.
