Let me add to all the other one-star reviews for this location. I ordered something and had it sent to a business because I would be gine from my house for roughly two days and didn't want a package just sitting there. 

Well, they tried to deliver it will after the business has closed. No slip. No nothing. I only know because of tracking info. Website says they'll redeliver the next business day, and or I can come pick it up at the post office. That was over a month ago now. No second attempt made. I've made numerous calls, gone up there, talked to two supervisors, had a family member run into the postman at that business-- each one of them has taken my phone number and said they would call me THAT DAY. How many phone calls have I received? Not one. This is absolutely unacceptable.  

All I can do is laugh at the holiday radio commercials about things getting where they need to go with USPS. It's a joke.

LOUSY, LOUSY, LOUSY,  did I say LOUSY???? I had another NO SERVICE today, yes another one, I have a long history of them. I got a notification email showing that at 10:15 am my package was out for delivery. Later I received another email showing that at 11:22 am my packaged was Held at Post Office, Retrieved from full parcel locker. After calling several times and getting busy signal, when I finally got somebody who answered the phone named Dana, she told me that they do not deliver packages where I live. A delivery service that does not deliver packages where people live, isn't that a sad contradiction???. After my insistence trying to make Dana to give me an explanation why my package was not even on the truck???, she asked me for my phone number and told me that she was going to research and call me back. As any one of you who has been through a similar situation with these people suspect, that phone call never happened because what Dana was doing was plain and simple, getting rid of me. But I have not been treated better  by the postmaster either in the past. What can you expect when even the person in charge is rude, unprofessional and even worse, the one who refuses to give the service???

The workers at the actual post office are AWESOME and always try their best especially Janet - the actual post office delivery is AWFUL. Sometimes, they never deliver mail we left in our mailbox (our neighbor saw them take It and then it gets mysteriously lost) and most of the time we receive packages that are crushed or destroyed from USPS in some way. They will literally try to crush/squeeze a big package inside your mailbox too. I leave a note on our mailbox not to do this but apparently they don't know how to read.  When we call and complain to the supervisor they defend their staff rather than trying to solve the problem. And it's not just us - all neighbors have this problem. The delivery staff really needs to get their act together and the supervisor needs to listen to people. What a concept.

Same problem here put in a change of address they will not deliver mail to my home which is their job told me to change how I did my address computer would not let me do that so now they just return everything as undeliverable mail company suck thisone a specially

Average line is 6 people, wait time 15 mins. Have a hard time finding mail on hold or requiring signature.  One of the worst I've been to as far as efficiency goes.
