The people working here are VERY disrespectful across the board and go out of their way to inconvenience you and delay your shipments. I had a package sent to my home that required a signature (a day and a half ahead of their delivery time which I made sure I got off of work, they will deliver whenever they please). Since I was not home, they left a note saying to pick it up at the post office. I confirm on their online system that I will be picking it up later that day, and call the post office. The lady on the phone said it might be back that day. I went in at the end of the day to see if it had. After checking in the back for about 10 minutes (while a line formed out the door, only 1 person working) she came back and said it wasn't there, but it would be there tomorrow. I said that I am leaving for two weeks and need it by tomorrow for sure. She didn't reply and helped the next person. Keep in mind that I am usually understanding of minor issues and was polite to her even though she didn't greet me and walked away mid sentence, and she couldn't be bothered to be moderately polite. Cut to the next day, I show up in the afternoon and the guy working the counter said that there was no package and I picked it up yesterday. I informed him that I did not pick it up yesterday and that I was told to return today. He checks in the back for 10 minutes and said it isn't there and that I would have to speak with the postmaster. Speaking with the postmaster, to give her credit she is much more polite than the other workers there. She explained that my package was not being held there and was shipped by them to a non-local distribution center. I asked why, and she said that the delivery guy who had my package had truck issues. I'm sorry but I don't understand how that makes my package get sent out to a distribution center. I also told the postmaster that I had spoken with a lady yesterday saying to make sure they held onto it, and that she was rude to me. Instead of explaining anything, the postmaster disagreed with me and said the lady was nice (look at your google reviews, many people aren't treated well here) and didn't give any further explanation as to why my parcel was sent out, but she did say that hearing that their workers are rude isn't what they like to hear. They are going to see if they can get it back tomorrow but she said that isn't very likely, so I am going to have to come back early from my vacation to get my package. Very dissatisfied. I have a strong feeling that the lady who was having a bad day didn't bother to hold onto my package or purposefully sent it out for redeliver even though that wasn't an option on my package card (they scratched it out).

I have had so many packages not delivered or in my neighborhood alone to wrong homes it sad. I just got another today and was going to call them but see their closed so I decided to do this review. This problem never ends and I have lost 100's of dollars of packages and I have now installed security cameras to confirm everything now.

I put in for a change of address weeks ago. The delivery driver took it upon themselves to return to sender all of my mail because he/she felt it to be an error! In the meantime I missed out on important state related, time sensitive mail. Wth! Mason, MI...W Barnes Rd driver sucks! And should be fired

I put in a change of address and they deleted my change of address because they felt that it was wrong! This post office is terrible!

Shari has been our mail carrier for years, and she goes above and beyond the call of duty to deliver our mail--even when I have not done my own due diligence removing snow and ice from driveway and sidewalk. Kirk Heinze--Edgar Road
