Unreliable service. i have never received a package on time. According to them I am not home, or it was a different carrier on my route. I don't know why that would make a difference, my address does not change. I will use UPS from now on.

Some of the package deliverys to my house I receive a tracking notification "Carrier is unable to gain access to front door to deliver the package. Please contact the carrier to resolve" I have a circle drive way, not in a gated community, and no obstructions. And other pakages are left by my garage door exposed to the elements, because they're to lazy to drive it up to the front door. UPS and FedEx have no problem finding my front door.

I had a package show up empty to my house. I came in and showed them the package. the supervisor was extremely helpful. She called me the same night and told me they found the package contents, and overnighted them.

This is the worst place ever. I will always attempt to get everything through another parcel service rather than use them! They have lost our packages and claimed to have dropped them off even when our camera does not show this!
