Crappy customer service, change of policy without telling customers, no accountability. I'll be taking my business else where. Providing tape for customers was a simple service, hope you enjoy saving a buck because you're loosing business like crazy.

Ok. So I've been here three times now. I wait my turn in line. No problem. I had four small packages to send out. I have the labels on them and postage. All they need to do is scan them so I have a receipt. Not a biggie right? WRONG!!! Every time they refuse to scan them! Why?? Because they don't care. Every other post office I go to scans them, absolutely no problem....smiles and gives me a receipt. The last two times I walked out. Today they said they will scan them out in the lobby??? So after I waited my turn, I go to the lobby? The lady that did scan them was VERY nice. Unlike the lady behind the counter. Wow. I will NEVER go back to this location. I understand why all the bad reviews. I never leave bad reviews. But this is more than necessary.

On arriving at the Collins Road USPS office I have been greeted on occasion by an employee willing to help. At the counter, I could not ask for a more positive and helpful service from the USPS employees. They are a positive light that brightens my day, every time I go there. Any calls for help have been patiently attended to when I use the telephone for assistance. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to our dedicated USPS employees!

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. This is the best Post Office in the central Lansing area.
