They always have a excuse. Never come up with a solution. Mail is rarely delivered in a timely manner and I have reported many missing mail pieces. Some mail that shows on informed delivery app i have never received. Lady said give it time. 5 weeks is plenty of time and no action. It wouldnt bit her me at all if USPS was removed and more privatized. FedEx and UPS very accurate and friendly. Maybe if we are lucky the USPS will not exist soon and be replaced my more reliable and less greedy workers.

I have lived in Westerville, New Albany, Alexandria, Canal Winchester, Cleveland, and now Delaware. I have never encountered a village or city post office that misplaced mail or packages as often as Delaware does. I've only lived here 14 months and over 6 packages went missing or misplaced. I continuously receive other people's mail at least once a month, heaven forbid they loose mine instead. Only plus side is the office is nice and helpful when you walk in for stamps or to mail a package. The delivery side however is a huge letdown. Sad that five other city post offices do not seem to make these many mistakes as this one. 1/8/18 Edit: Surprise surprise! Once again mail has been misplaced. A valuable package was delivered but I'm not sure where. However we received a lock box key to packages that aren't even ours! Once again the post office of Delaware misplaces packages or gives you someone else's! Calling once again heeds no results but thankfully I will be moving out of Delaware by the end of the year, and to a town with a much better post office!

Delivery services are terrible. We often receive the wrong mail. The other day we received mail for our neighbor two doors down but none of our mail. The mail they received wasn’t theirs either. Our mail was delivered to neighbors three doors in the opposite direction. I thought you had to pass a civil service exam to get one of these jobs. Doesn’t that mean the ability to read and recognize numbers?

I usually try self serve options here. There is one clerk in particular who always looks angry/upset to be helping customers and is not very warm. When it is busy, it gets cramped fast and moves very slow. Not the best parking. Solicitors also have been known to set up on grass and harass customers.

There is a mailman named Daniel who is very unprofessional and speaks disrespectfully to mothers in public as he does his routes. Something must be done TODAY before he speaks rudely, lewdly, and arrogantly to a parent in front of her child again. Inviting a woman to his private parts IN FRONT OF HER 4 year old son is not at all acceptable!
