holy crap this place is so unbelievably unwelcome and downright rude.  I went in asking for some help shipping something and the guy gave me the worst attitude.  Don't bother going here, it's a waste of your time.

Every time I have a late package from Amazon I'm told this is where they are. They never send packages on time. They Constantly change expected delivery dates. When calling they just put you on hold and forget about you especially when its about a package! Pretty crappy for a federal government agency!

If I could zero stars I would. Never give notices as to when packages arrive. Packages have been returned to sender twice. Worst post office I’ve ever used.

Absolutely impossible to get ahold of these clowns. I went in one day because I had to get a new mailbox key, waiting in an empty lobby for ten minutes an hour before closing time. I could hear the man shuffling around behind everything in the back, and finally he rambled out, wild eyed and confused and gave me my key. No customer service.

I got a pink slip for attempt to deliver a piece of mail but it had no name, just an address. I keep calling and calling to make sure it's actually for me, seeing as I just moved in and I get mail for dozens of other people who've lived here, even though I've been here with my boyfriend for six months! I call and I get no answer! I even tried to call another post office and make sure the number was right. They gave me the same number I had. The phone just rings and rings and rings and rings. It's nuts. It's a shame I finally have my dream place and this is what I have to deal with. And my boyfriend and I both work during their business hours, so what are we supposed to do? Sorry for being upstanding members of the work force. What a nightmare!
