Staff is nice. I was mailing a package but the staff said the tape I used is not secured and can be torn off easily. Then the staff helped me retapped it with their tape and it was much more durable than mine.

I wish I could give them NO starts, my husband and I  Have an appointment for passports and not only is there no one to do passports but there is a line to the door with only one person on the register... if we were late there would be complaining, but we showed up 10 minutes ahead of our appointment as instructed ... this place is ridiculous

I wanted to get a brochure made with 3 folds and they had no knowledge about this and had to make a phone call to find out. That was after I stood their about 10 minutes waiting behind one person.  The one employee was standing around and finally asked me if I needed help.  After the phone call I asked her how much it would cost and she replies she didn’t know and would have to call them again which takes another 10 minutes.  So I did not order them and left disappointed.
