Worst post office I've ever been to. Avoid this location and use Cos Cob or Valley Road instead. Rude personnel and self-service machine rips you off (under-dispensed postage; good luck getting a refund). Convenient location with impossible parking.

Always a painful line, and dread one of the employees here, the other one is top notch. I like commemorative stamps so I head in there to get them from time to time. The location is good.

Small office, gets crowded, but the employees always have a great attitude.
