First time reviewing a place. So I called because my package was said to be delivered but it wasn't, i was getting little to no help from everyone. The service sucks there, I was on hold for 20-30 mins and then was hung up one without a word. I called again FRANKS answered, he is the most helpful guy there hands down polite, goes above and beyond to help! other then that everyone else sucks at this place.

I give 1 start because is not a lower one; very rude staff with no idea about customer service. I don't understand how people like that can work on a public office.

Repeated, ongoing problem of mail being tossed on a table in condo building instead of being placed in proper mailbox by mIl carriers enroute to the cove area. . Regular mailman of six years recently left which is our loss. When he had a day off, you knew by mail handling. New mailman now for last 3 days and I am finding mail in my locked box that does not belong to me. This is a federal job, people. 

I plan to call a supervisor at Barry place on 10/23/17. Mail carrier is shoving newspaper ads in my mailbox which I do not want. If satisfaction is not achieved through complaint with supervisor,  I will contact postmaster general.

Woman who works here is horrible. Especially so if she has to actually do her job and grab a package for you. please replace her. 
Most of the time this place is for picking up packages that were not delivered.
overall, truly inefficient service comig from this facility. recently some of my packages were stolen, marked as delivered but never sent coming out of this facility. some of the workers delivering mail from this facility are inept and lazy. just do your job, stop stealing mail - how difficult is that? 

hopefully USPS entirely shuts down soon, although i can only dream.

I don't ever write reviews but I had to for this experience. In one way horrible and in the other great. The women who answers the phone was rude, unhelpful and it was like I was bothering her. She tried to talk me out of coming down trying to pick up the package. I get there and she is unhelpful to one of her co-workers who went back and asked about my package. He tells me on the way out to call and ask for Frank. Now to the good part of this. Frank went out of his way to help me. Above and beyond. So 5 stars for him and negative 5 stars for her. I wish I got her name. Ask for Frank if you deal with this post office. He was great!
