I received a final notice receipt without receiving a first notice receipt. I go to the office to pick it up wait an hour and they can’t find it. The tracking number says it’s there. The manager takes my information and says she will contact me as soon as possible. It has been over 2 weeks now. I call and the wait time is almost two hours! The government at its best, awful.

Terrible service, extremely rude. Don't even know what their doing. If only you could rate it 0 stars.

The workers are always rude and act like you are just bothering them when you call with a question. No manners. Also have sent my packages to another post office on accident many times. Wish I had a different post office to deal with seeing how I get packages on a regular basis.

Just finished a follow up phone call on a package I shipped with Jane and she was fantastic! She answered the phone promptly and politely. She knew the business I was shipping to and explained that companies receiving procedure. Thank you for you for the help and for going above and beyond.

A delightful blend of rudeness and incompetence. Needed to get a passport for my daughter. The first time, the guy was so slow, he couldn't get through the people in front of us. The second time, the woman on Saturday morning was unnecessarily rude and couldn't seem to figure out the process. I know it wasn't us because we watched her rip up everybody in line before us. Don't bother with this place, it and the people that work there are a waste of time and space.
