Today is 10/2/2017. I have 2 parcels that have been sitting there since Thursday 9/28/2017 7am. Been tracking daily and still no delivery. So, I called. Was told the packages were “too heavy” for the carrier to deliver. If Amazon was able to ship them via USPS, why can’t they be delivered by the USPS??  After many phone calls today, I was told “someone would bring them by later.”  Really. REALLY???

Love this post office. It's really close to my work. People are really friendly and move the line along really fast. They also have the ability of doing passport applications which is great.

I live in Tolland, but apparently all Amazon deliveries are made by the Manchester Post Office. I complained indirectly to the Tolland Postmaster when a second package was left outdoors in significant rain and the cardboard was sodden. She said she would pass my concern along to Manchester. Recently, in a torrential downpour (150,000 people without power) another package was left propping the front door open. Needless to say it was soaked and the contents somewhat damaged. I find that it is impossible to phone the Manchester Postmaster (thanks, USPS) to suggest what I suggested in Tolland. Either bag the package or have me come in to pick it up. A nuisance, but less nuisance than a damaged package.

They have no hours? Hours on card and online and at office are all different. All I know is they're never open.
