The people are very nice, friendly, and helpful. As long as you're not stupid enough to send a package with your birth certificate and Social Security card, they're going to work with you.

This post office has lost a package of mine. This will cost me roughly $80.00 to remedy on top of the shipping cost I paid of $12.00. I also went to receive a certified letter, only to find out that they had let someone else sign for it and leave! This letter contained my birth certificate and social security card! Also, I had to track down a package that they had been holding for 2 weeks because they didn't leave the little slip saying it had arrived. Service is consistently slow, and I've never met such an apathetic staff. Drive the extra few miles to mail your packages in Andover or Willimantic. It's just not worth the headache.
