Horrible the employees don't really care. Managers are just run of the mill hillbillies who shouldn't be doing any kind of customer service .. they lose and misplace packages and don't care and don't even try to show they care ... they operate one way in black neighborhoods and another way in white neighborhoods ..they'll toss your mail near your door to be stolen and say they delivered it in the system and many more Just horrible service personified

If I could give them less than one star I would. I've never had a problem with postal services until I moved to Stuttgart. They are some of the rudest, unprofessional people I've ever met

Just found mail post marked in June and addressed to my home but in the mail box at the empty building across the side street from my house. Regular carrier on vacation or talking on her/his blue tooth cell phone? Yes I hear her coming up the walk several times a week talking away. I know that it may be a boring job but this kind of mess up is exactly why stamps are overpriced and everyone e-mails. At least you have some idea of whether or not it got where you sent it if you email. Fed Ex and UPS are now dropping stuff at the post office hoping it will get to your house. Hope those drones are up and running soon. They couldn't do a worse job. I take mail across to the church in front of my house all the time because it is dropped in my mail slot instead of in their box. I would send it back to the post office but it might be important and I want them to get their First Class Mail. If it were truly First Class it would not just get dumped in the same pile as the catalogs, begging letters and other trash the carriers shovel to us every day.
