Had a rare misdelivered order. Received a notification my package had been delivered. It hadn't been delivered to me! Spent some time at the USPS site looking to rectify the situation... forget it. Made the short trip to the Dracut office and the situation was corrected and package delivered a few hours later. That's fair. We all make mistakes and this one was promptly resolved. Thanks.

This place is horrible. Had a issue where 3 packages in a row where left on the front steps of the massive apartment building I live in where they could just be stolen. Thankfully that never happened. Also had a issue where I want to pick up a package and they told me it wasn't there but happened to not be aware that I had called 5 minutes before I went there and was told my package was there. I went outside and called again. The manager picked up for the 2nd time and told me my package was there. Once again the woman behind the counter said it wasn't  even when I gave her, her own supervisors name who told me it was. Finally as I'm walking back to my car the employee followed me out and told me to come back in the post office because my package was in fact there. Super ignorant to me personally on more then one occasion and if I had a choice I would not use them for my postal services.

Went in with my own box and printing label ready, i just needed a little bit of tape to close the top of the box, a male poster worker refused and told me to turn around and buy my own tape. I promptly left.

This is the worst post office I have ever been to. They (usually  one behind the counter  only) and a line always talk and act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. Someone needs to be held accountable for their attitudes. I am looking further into this as our regular postal delivery person (female) has some sort of personality disorder in my opinion. I will  update as soon as I  find someone to talk to about  this. When you call and speak to the supervisor the message for the post master is either not given for a call back or just ignored and you have to call back.  Totally unacceptable behavior on delivery people supervisor and post office master.  Lots of sorry but no change. Sorry only comes after you have left them with nothing else to say. Stay tuned

The people here are great, and I've never really had a problem with receiving or shipping, but expect to wait 20 minutes in line when shipping. Every time I come here there's one cashier and a line to the door. Absolutely no urgency in helping customers.
