Small, easily accessible, fast, friendly service. Note hours of operation as its only 1 Postal Worker so it closes for lunch. Small but full service, they have P.O. boxes and sell great cards for many occasions as well as gift cards in addition to USPS items. This branch is Located in Old Town, in Old Town Hall Bldg. Convenintly located in In Downtown Andover, MA. Meter parking and accessible spaces available in City lot. This parking lot is very busy as its for more businesses than the ones in bldg. That houses Post Office. Please Be Careful driving and walking, wheeling or however you travel as cars tend to go fast in lot. So be safe and enjoy Andover, MA.

What can I say... I love this post office. I use it probably once a week and the staff there is always very friendly and helpful to me. Other patrons seem to come in and happily utilize their service including P.O. Boxes. I can easily drop off pre-paid items to ship from eBay sales. Always enjoy pleasant conversations with the staff as well if they aren't busy so I feel very at home here. I personally prefer visiting this post office over the other, larger one near Whole Foods. 

P.S. Lunch hour break is 1:30 to 2:30 pm.

I can't praise this post office enough!  They had a package which arrived at their facility at 3AM.  Our office was closing early and I did not want it to be left in the hallway of the building.  I called, spoke to Lisa who said that the carrier already had the package and she would contact her supervisor to see if he can connect with the carrier to have him hold it until next week.  About 30 minutes later, the carrier pulls up outside our office. I run outside not knowing if he was delivering an overnight. I ask him if his supervisor called him and he said yes, he's here to deliver my package.  
They changed the route for my little package, what service!!!

Consistently poor service.   Our carrier routinely delivers the neighbor;s mail to us and often;  like every week!  Also, in the wake of the current snow storm s/he seems not to be returning our mail to the post office.  We've attempted three times over the past 6 days to get our mail which we're told "is still on the truck."   The folks in the post office have always been helpful but whoever manages the mail carriers should try holding them more accountable.
