The lady staff in the service desk, working on Saturdays is unbelievably rude. My envelope was not glued properly, and in stead of putting a tape, she was making a big deal out of it. If one gets irritated with such trivial matter, it is safe to say that s/he is not the best paid person in the company.

The staff at the post office is great. Although whoever handles the phone calls can be rude . My mailman has been leaving other people’s mail from another address in my mailbox. I have called and physically went into the post to let them be aware that I’m getting mail for other addresses. Still to this day I’m still receiving mail for other addresses and they look like important documents .

Usually have a good mailman,  but i had a package supposed to be delivered, i was home waiting for it, waiting for the bell to ring, never did!, and left me that stupid note saying "sorry we missed you" and the package will be at the post office for me to pick up. What the f$@#! I was home!!!!! Quit being lazy and ring my bell! Packages we get are important!

good service but sends all passport customers to eastern photographic services lowell to get photos and doesn't take photographs at USPS citing broken camera although USPS website says onsite photographs .

Asked if the passport office was open all day the answer was yes, but they failed to mention no one covers lunch breaks. So technically, no.
