I sent an overnight letter and unfortunately it did not get there on time(not even close). I had mailed it from an off-site postal service, and it wasn’t their fault it did not get there on time. I went to the post office in D’Iberville and spoke to them, turns out this was new for them as well. The postal employee and his manager were very sorry and found out what to do to make the refund and really took care of me. Thanks for really caring about your customers😁

The customer service inside the post office is good, but delivery service is awful. We never get our packages. I actually have to find the mail person on our road to find out where our package was dropped off. They deliver them to wrong houses all the time. We get our mail in the mailbox which is the same address as what's on the packages. I wish Amazon still used UPS and not the post office.

I love our post office. They are pretty fast, with as much as in their control. They have always been respectful and nice.

Staff can be informative but also depending on the person can be very rude.

Decent service. Postal workers on customer service at front desk can be pretentious and condescending at times. They need to consider the customers coming in aren't experts on postal regulations. Chill out.
