This post office is awful. They say they have passport services on the weekend starting at 10 am. When I got there at 10:30 they told me service was only till 10am and they were only taking renewals. They had two tellers I was willing to wait but they couldn't be bothered. Went to a different post office with only 2 employees and a line out the door and they were helpful and nice.

Thank you for everything. I had 2 packages marked delivered, but never received either one. I called the post office and talked to a supervisor. Not only did he figure out the problem ( shipping label had 3 instead of 30), he went to the house they were delivered to,he got them and hand delivered them to me all within an hour! Thank you so much!

A parcel was not delivered and instead a note was left in the mailbox "We are sorry, we missed you" and to come and pick up my package tomorrow after 9AM. I was at home but the mailman/woman did not even bother to get out of the vehicle and deliver the package. Very bad service! Maybe they should charge for the shipping but absolutely not for handling. The worst USPS I have ever dealt with.

My college diploma was coming first class in the mail.... The package clearly said in bold DO NOT FOLD IMPORTANT DOCUMENT. The mail lady bent it and put it in my mailbox because she was too lazy to bring it to the door. Now I'm stuck with a bent paper and no resolution.

This is not my first time that this hapend. My package got Lost. Delivery tracking showing package was delivered, but i do not reveive it. Usps was noticed . This is a waist of time to write about this . Couple years ago everytnig was Ok , now they change workers , and not first time i lose my package .
