Not only did they lose my package but the automated phones system gives me no way to talk to an actual person to figure out where my item is. This is why you should always use FedEx

LISA (the delivery manager) told me that its its ok for packages to literally be dropped (thrown down) at your door.  "There are too many packages to be delivered throughout the day and that's just how it's done"  She invited me to come and see how much they have to do.  I'd like to invite her to the hospital so she can see how many patients we CARE for.  According to her, it sounds like it would be perfectly acceptable to throw a roll of toilet paper at her mothers face since my patient load is too high.   RIDICULOUS!

Trying to call this post office is a nightmare. 10 minutes of talking to robots over the pbone while I pull my own teeth out just to have a 20-45 minute wait time (they close in 35 minutes)  How could you possibly have a wait time like that? This is my only option because when I tried calling the supervisor (the phone number i got from another post office in the area) the first time it rang a dozen times then was told unavailable, the second time it rang three times then was "unavailable". Ridiculous.
