I had some trouble mailing letters to friends for Valentines Day. I was very flustered and unsure of how to fix my dilemma. Fortunately, Tami helped me with such grace and kindness. She saw I was struggling and offered me a lot of help. She was very patient and genuine throughout the entirety of my visit. I really could not have asked for a more gracious employee! I truly truly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. I would recommend everyone comes to this location in the future, just for Tami. She was the absolute best! Thank you Tami!!

terrible customer service. rude employees. I stood in line while an employee was just chatting it up with another customer and would not stop for a minute to ask me what i needed (which was a very simple question that would take 1 minute to answer) every time i go in there i have the same experience. just be respectful to customers.. is that so hard??

Went to pick up a certified letter at closing time. Employee named Randi was yelling at me before I even got all the way inside that "were closed Sir". She repeated that 3 times until I was standing in front of her. After realizing I was not going away, she got the letter from me and told me "you need to be here before 5:00 next time". Terrible customer service. Think they may stay open late on tax day to better serve their customers? Not a chance they would be in inconvienenced with that. I should have known better then to waste my time with them. Trust me, it's worth the drive to just go to the Bloomington location like I had to last night.

This Post Office is the worst office I have ever had to go to. It doesn't matter who is working at the counter, they are rude. If you ask them a question, they basically make you feel dumb and let you figure it out on your own. I have been in there and heard them degrading callers on the other end of the line to coworkers. Just terrible.
