There was a mix-up with one of my packages from Amazon. It said that the package had been delivered and it was a large piece of card-stock, a high quality print poster. While Amazon had said it'd been delivered there was nothing at my door so I called Amazon and eventually USPS had this post office call me about my lost package. The lady on the phone was very snide and grumpy, telling me it was my fault because there hadn't been an apartment number on the package. I have my apartment number on my Amazon account. She swore it had been delivered and to prove whatever happened was my fault she brought up her GPS tracker and a picture of the package, then she said it was in a tube and to go check my mail box and call her back. I did so, and it was in the mailbox but it was crammed into a tube, it should not have been packaged in such a way and was all bent when I pulled it out. I called back and tried to apologize for causing them trouble, got the same woman, tried to explain to her that the seller had packaged it wrong and it should not have been packaged in a way that it could fit in the box, but that I was sorry for wasting her time. HOWEVER this woman didn't even let me finish talking and just said, "thank you bye" and hung up on me. She was very rude through the whole thing. Lived here my whole life; my parents did business with this post office and I'm so very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Tracking information for multiple packages have said delivered but no package was delivered. Multiple days later the packages will show up. This is very unprofessional. If the packages are not delivered, do not mark them as delivered. Now I have to wait multiple days before I contact the police to report a package as stolen just to make sure that the mail carrier isn't doing their job properly.

The postal delivery people are a joke in this town. I got a notification at 9:39 am this morning saying my daughters mail man attempted delivery of the pacakge I sent three day mail and left a note in her mail box. This delivery guy never delivers my daughters mail in the mornings and intact didn’t show up today until late afternoon with low and behold no package and no note. Seriously what a joke they make the USPS look like. It was on time until it hit this post office.

Can’t even talk to a real human on the phone. Time to go inside and wait in line just to be greeted by the most boring people in your life
