I have had employees misplace my packages being sent out causing me immense delay, frustration, and hardship.  When I call for assistance and intervention it is clear the employee is not held responsible for careless errors.  Unfortunately, unprofessional, rude, lazy, and incompetent employees are not held to comply with professional standards and therefore, continue to create havoc for customers.  I go to other post offices like other reviewers have indicated.

The ladies in the Main Office are Outstanding.
The Letter Carriers you meet on the street are also Outstanding. 
The Employees do all they can. Any problems should be directed at the Supervisors or Postmaster. But I know that even they want to give the best service possible. 
 
I would never go to the University Post Office again. Too many Bad experiences.
She needs a Customer Service refresher course.

I ship through USPS daily and use Lewiston, Clarkston, and both of the Moscow post offices on a regular basis. I have no issues anywhere else except with one of your employees at this location. The older woman with a green stripe of hair is incredibly rude. She has a terrible attitude and every time finds something to have an issue with. I have been selling online for years and understand the USPS guidelines. I never have problems elsewhere or with other employees at this location so I do not understand why I constantly am turned away by this employee. 

I've worked in retail/customer service and understand it can be a very emotionally draining, thankless job but I'm nothing but polite and respectful to this person and expect to be treated the same.

This is a great post office. Always friendly and efficient, even though sometimes they get swamped with customers. I think the negative reviews posted here are just people indulging in feeling entitled and angry. I am grateful that we have such a nice post office with lots of parking in downtown Moscow. We are very lucky.

I always enjoy my visits to this post office. I adore the postal ladies at the front counter and look forward to the next time I have to buy stamps.
