For months I have been receiving mail of my neighbors, two houses down, next door neighbors....I've called and spoke to TWO different post masters in this time. ITS STILL HAPPENING! So the real question is how many pieces of mail am I missing. I have to hand deliver my neighbors mail to them, I'm doing the posts office job at this point. Well today is the final straw, bought a small item, the tracking says they put in my mailbox yesterday....NOTHING IS THERE! It's also bad on the mail going out, I had to send documents to the state of NJ. .. needless to say it never arrived. Also sent subscription service items back, they never got the items. What a mess!

They are the worst Post Office I have ever experienced. There is no customer service. The staff could care less about their customers. The line could be out the door and even if the page for someone, no one comes to assist them. I go to either Manville or Somerville.

Absolute worst location, always get my neighbors mail, some days I don't get any mail (and mail not picked up) had to get a letter out today, called them, rude woman answered phone, I asked why wasn't my mail picked up, her response was carriers still out, asked where I live. I said manville, carriers are all in, let me put you on hold. 30+ minutes later after being on hold hung up. They all need to be fired and find replacememts.

If you need to mail something make sure you have a few hours to spend waiting on line - they take foooorrreeeeevvvvveeerrrrrrrr.

We must have a new person. For the past 2 months, our mail delivery is not consistent. Sometimes we get mail, sometimes we don't for 2 days. When we do get the mail, it will be so late in the day and the mail man/women, does not pick up our out going mail. I hope someone from Management Is reading the review page and see how their services is rated and address the issue.
