The service is always slow and rarely pleasant. However it doesn't hold a candle to the delivery man on my route. I work from home and he constantly neglects to attempt any signature required letter or parcel (he's never attempted) and simply tosses the "since you weren't home slip" in the box. I've gotten numerous packages that were not addressed to me which I've had to bring back to the post; and recently he delivered two packages but not the third to which I got notice I had to pick up as I wasn't home to receive it (I was). It is disheartening that the majority of this office is ran in a manner that has zero regard for customer service or even an inkling of humanity.

I use the EDDM tool, have never had a problem with any other post office except this one. Jean specifically. EXTREMELY RUDE. I send my brand new office coordinator to drop off the EDDM pieces bundled exactly as every other post(hundreds of post offices) office is happy to accept, and she refers to me as "that jerk" and will not accept the inserts. I will never use this post office again. BEWARE OF JEAN SHE HATE'S HER JOB!

Ron was very diligent help me greatly today. First he listened intently as I told him my circumstance- my package had been confirmed "Delivered" but it was neither in my mailbox or on my porch. He called the driver and had them go back and check, and discovered that they had put my order in the wrong mailbox. He then called me back and informed me the issue had been corrected. I was very impressed.

It use to be really nice with a manicured lawn and shrub. The mail pick up times are mostly afternoon. Meaning if you put mail in the mail box the night before, the earliest pickup is 1 pm.

I ordered 2 packages to be delivered on Sunday. The tracking numbers show they were both delivered within 5 minutes of each other. THIS IS WRONG!! It took 5 minutes to drop 2 packages at the same house?! But only ONE of them has been delivered?!! I call and talk to a guy, Val, who says he will look into it and call me back. I talk to him 2 more times because I called back. No return call from him with any update. And he had no clue. Where is my package? This is a Sunday delivery!! Why would a package be scanned as delivered but it's not ON MY PORCH!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
