Never had so many problems with a post office at the other places I've lived. If your mail is delivered from this post office expect to have packages shoved in your apartment mailbox and damaged throughout the year and packages to just not be delivered. They really don't care to get better at their jobs. If there is a problem you will have to jump through more hoops and wait for them to stop screwing up to get your items. They will lie continually about saying they rang the doorbell or knocked on the door. If you have registered mail, good luck. You might as well go pick it up and hope it's there for you. Don't bother with filling out the card and asking then to deliver it again. The postal carrier will lie unfortunately.

We have these huge brown lock boxes for package delivery but for some reason our mail carrier refuses to use them. He drops them off in the office.  I’ve spoken to the Boys Town Post Office about this and my apartment complex but he never uses them. 

It stinks because I’ll order something online and the office hours are the same as my work hours and they are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. 

When Fedex or UPS delivers they just leave it on my doorstep or I pick it up from their facility so it’s a real pain. Especially after telling both groups about the issue.

I sent phone bill payment to the company.  Three days later my neighbor brought it to me and said it was left in her mailbox.  We were both dumbfounded.  So, I stopped the mailman, who was delivering in our subdivision, and asked if he knew what may have happened.  Didn't.  I asked if I drop it back in the mail, would it go to the phone co?  He didn't know.  He said I "could try" it.  So, I marked through the pink scan code on the back and resent it.  It came back to me a over week later.  ???  My bill was late, and I got charged an $8 late fee.  How can I recover this from the USPS?  Irritating.

I have had two packages from Amazon that went through this post office that have arrived where either the package has not shown up or the envelope was empty. I think the staff needs to be investigated. I'm getting really tired of this.

I went in yesterday with specific questions about direct mailers and Sheri was so helpful. I couldn't believe how pleasant , informative and helpful she was. I went in expecting to come out annoyed and confusedhowever. I had all of my questions answered and was sent in the right direction for my project.  Thank you Sheri for being so helpful.
