I recently stopped by to drop off a package and one of the employees asked me if I knew how to use the packaging-label machine, so I said that I had used it once before. The employee just ran through the first few steps again with me since I wasn't sure if I remembered everything. I appreciated their helpfulness especially since it was near closing time when I stopped by. I definitely recommend this post office stop because of the helpful staff.

Sent a large package. Was not aware i needed to measure LxWxG.. instead measured LxWxH. Thought package was good size. Took package in, they measured & weighed it. Two days later the box arrives at my door with a sticky note that says its too large. Lost $50. They refused to refund me and were very rude with me. Not a pleasant experience. Please review your staff training. Package should have never been accepted.

Called 3 days in a row to get an appointment for a passport because it clearly says on the website that you HAVE to have an appointment and left numerous voice mails and no one ever called me back!

There is a reason the USPS is losing money. And a big part of that is this post office. If you're looking for friendly helpful people, go to the UPS store on 41st.
