hard working people doing a job meant for 3 people. I see some of them delivering packages on Sunday., I don't even see Ups or FedEx doing that. I guess we could be forced to pick up our mail at a post office instead of having it conveniently delivered. So I say keep on doing your job. You guys and gals YOUR DOING GREAT!!!.

Friendly staff. It's busy over the lunch hour, so plan accordingly. Need to make an appointment to get passports.

Your post office is literally useless to lots of people when you don't open on Saturday and Sunday at all. But you are conveniently open exactly the hours mostly everyone works. Useless!

Answer the phone seriously no wonders all your ratings are terrible I've been trying to get ahold of the post office for days but no answer

The employees (that I've dealt with) here have been some of the worst, if not the worst, at working with customers. The people that pay their paychecks. They definitely don't deserve the post office iwages they get. I don't have any problem paying people well when they earn it. I've waited in a long linie (patiently) and been told by the clerk that they just had to get something quick when in fact they went to lunch. (I found this out from another employee after waiting for 10 minutes) I've also had my visa application refused three times because the professionally taken picture was "the wrong size". At the time they weren't even supposed to do anything besides take it , say thank you and mail it off. I finally just went to another post office where they did just that. With excellence, a smile and no "I'm a federal employee so I'm important " garbage. And the folks in Washington said the picture was fine. Treat people with respect and you'll be better off. I won't even go to this place to drop a letter off any more. I don't trust them.
