I visited in the morning. There was only one person working, but my wait was only a few minutes so that seemed reasonable. I had no problem getting my package shipped to an APO and the employee who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable.

I mean, it's a post office...it's pretty typical in my experience. Sometimes the lines are long, but the staff there is always helpful... PO box rental here is pretty good too. Although, make sure you check it often enough...they'll keep shoving mail in until you do...

Long lines. Slow service. Ignorant customers slow the lines with their inability to speak English or understand how our postal services function.

One the worst customer service experiences I've ever had and solidified my belief that government ran institutions are literally the slowest and least efficient. I would recommend not using the United States Postal Service, but if you must, I would recommend choosing a different location.
