Pretty disappointed with USPS this time around. I have had packages come from China faster than this. Luckily the customer service was great (once I could get to it, after 45 total minutes of screwing with the phone system) and they located my package. I'm just miffed because I ordered this dress for a concert on Saturday night and now it's Tuesday and I am still waiting. I'm glad I didn't need something important or life-saving.

Friendly staff most of the time .. but the wait is always ridiculous. The staff do their best but I avoid going to this building by any means necessary.

Friendly people, sometimes a wait, but I can also go in and mail packages after hours. Packages are always on time. Prices are decent.

Very slow, everything I stop. Luckily, I stop as infrequently as possible, as the management can never get their staffing act together. Today there were 15 people in line at 9:10 a.m.

The first time I came here. The people were nice to me and helped me out tremendously. The second time I had to get a key for my mailbox, and the lady was rude and kept telling me I needed both me and my boyfriends signature on my copy of my lease... And was super rude about it. I kept saying the lady who helped me previously didn't care about that stuff. Anyhow. I left, used my gas to get a signature. And come back and no one even asked for my lease. 😡 I just left.
