I reached around 4.45pm and there was no waiting line. The staff at the window helped me to select the correct packing for my package. They were friendly and fast service. Parking space available behind the building

times they have provided false tracking information on Sunday delivery pkgs. 2 orders from Amazon they tracked as delivered on a Sunday. They were not delivered, I received them several days later. 3rd time they said they delivered to a box at my condo but removed it based on instructions. They never contacted me. It may be one carrier or one station, but it doesn't seem like they tell the truth about Sunday deliveries.

After dealing with lazy and rude clerks at THREE other post offices while trying to have my wedding invitations hand cancelled, the lovely clerks at Apponaug were a breath of fresh air!! THANK YOU

Attempted to avoid a rush by going around 11am. Was the 2nd in line when I arrived, and as I waited for 7 minutes for the lady in front of me to buy stamps and send a package, several people filed in behind me. I was called up to the desk by the one employee who was tending to customers in a very unfriendly attitude (as expected due to the stereotypes of postal workers). 

I had to ship a package internationally and had it wrapped up properly and nearly ready to go, but I had to attach the label (I didn't attach it because I wasn't sure if they could use it, or needed to print their own - I've never shipped internationally before). The worker tending to me (lady - short curly hair), got really impatient with me, practically threw a customs form at me, and told me to return when I had the label affixed. I simply asked if she had tape available (for purchase even). She said no and very bluntly told me to leave the line so she could tend to the next customer. 

I understand the post office is a production line, but I'm not going to give them my money with customer service like that, when UPS or FedEx are more friendly. There was no clear notice posted that I needed to have my label attached prior, and if there was, I couldn't see it amongst the 700 posters on the wall. 

The way she pushed me aside was extremely rude, when I had a simple question.... and I find it ridiculous that she claimed they didn't even have tape I could buy to quickly attach the label... no tape at a United States Post Office for purchase huh? Plenty of shipping envelopes and containers though...
