Worst Post office in R.I 
Had a package being delivered on or before 9/8/17 on 9/7  Nothing  Status out for delivery 9/8 Nothing Status says they tried to deliver but " 	Notice Left (No Secure Location Available)" Thats a lie I have a Community lock box !! also There was No Notice in my mailbox !! 
Then I try all day on a Friday to call them Busy Signal All day. 
This is Not the first time Not even close !!!! They don't even put the mail in the right slots that happen to be labeled clearly.
It's a surprise that I ever get mail at all Thank god I do ALL of my bills Online because you people are the Worst Postal Delivery service I ever dealt with.

PS This only happens with Packages

Entrance is via cadillac drive. Not through elmwood avenue.

One very slow employee working, and the building itself isn't easily accessible when you're just passing through, unfamiliar with the area. Took way too long to buy two stamps, 1 priority and 1 regular.

I have had some issues with my mail carriers since my route is somewhat open as my regular carrier has been on medical leave for a while. The replacement was great! Now that he has his own route I've had different carriers and have had tons of issues. I called my district CSR at the Elmwood office and am very pleased with his calm and professional manner and especially his genuine concern for my services. I like the post office too. Yes, it can be busy but they are all helpful. There was a person who is gabbing to much to the clerk. After 3 minutes or so she politely asked if she could take the waiting customers and she would get right back to her (The customer was talking to her about unrelated postal issues so we were getting aggravate ) That was the correct thing to do and the line began to move. I don't think they're rude as I've seen in other reviews. I prefer Elmwood to Rolfe street. Plus Elmwood is bigger and has more items in stock while Rolfe Street often runs out of certain priority packages. Both places are good but I am delighted with the CSR for my zip code and I give 5 stars and recommend!
