Saw the mail truck outside my house as I was leaving for work. I wanted to see if he had my package so I could secure it before work. I said sir three times till he acknowledged me on the fourth. I asked very politely if he had a package for me on the truck. He gave me attitude and stated that there are other trucks on this route which made no sense because he was evidently putting mail in my mailbox. He didn't even take the time to check to see if my package was on his truck, but instead gave me an excuse to push me away. If you couldn't help me at that time, all you had to do was say so politely.

My mail carrier does not deliver mail or packages. This is the third time. I watched him pull up to my mail box and put a delivery notice in my mail box for a package. No attempt was even made. Yesterday he didn't even deliver mail. I was home all day and no mail man but somehow tracking the package says an attempt was made and a notice left. I have yet found any mail or notice. The customer service at the Post Office is terrible. Never enough workers and the ones that are there are rude. I have stood there as employees have walked by and no attempt to help.

Absolutely sick and tired of having to report packages not being delivered to my home, missing packages or packages be returned to sender! When will you fire my post man and get a new one?? I have made 4 reports since Christmas and am about to put in my 5th!! I am absolutely tired of dealing with this issue!! Everyone in this office needs to be replaced! If we cannot trust anyone in the office or the mail carriers to deliver out mail, dont you think it's time to clean up the mess? My god people!! I just want my mail and my packages. I am tired of loosing money for things that must be getting stolen or something!!!!

Consistently terrible service. From the hassle and wait we had to go through to get our initial mailbox key, to CONSTANT lost packages. These "lost" packages are so numerous, it's become a bit difficult to believe they were all "lost". There have been so many, that Amazon has gotten tired of constantly resending items and only ship to me via UPS now. Absolute, 100% truth. I sent a complaint to the postmaster general, but apparently, they're about as useful as this branch is, as I have yet to hear anything (over a year later). And everyone wonders why the post office is struggling. If it were a regular business, this one would have rightfully gone out of business years ago.

I made an appointment for a passport. I showed up to be told no one was there to do it and that they canceled me. I called the number on the reminder and was told that there computer was down and had been for weeks. She insisted that she left me a message 15 minutes prior to my appointment time, but I did not get a message. I did have a missed call. These people stink at their jobs and ought not be working there.
