My sewer line was run and a blockage found in the manhole. I called your office and within minutes Jonathon Smith and Ron Gordon responded. They called one of your trucks, cut out some tree roots, and showed me the video where the tree roots are wrapped around my tap. They also provided me an information sheet with telephone numbers and advised me that replacing the tap could wait until warmer weather in the spring and did not have to be done today. They were fast, friendly and professional. Thanks for the great response! Good job!!

I HATE THIS COMPANY! The inability to bill the tenant versus the owner or landlord is ridiculous. I should be responsible for receiving my bills not my property manager. I hate that I cant adjust my payment date. My rent is due the same week as the water bill. Talk about getting screwed financially for 2 weeks. And your 6 day grace period is a joke.

Poor customer service, outrageous charges. It's sad how much you get charged beyond base water usage.

I would rate 0 stars if possible. I've only been using this company for a month and I am shocked at my first bill. My "base charges" are more than my actual usage. A $60 water bill for $24 worth of water. I wish other companies supplied water to our house, I would switch in a heartbeat.
