This place is truly a train-wreck!! I don’t understand how some of these men and women even have a job working for the US Postal Service. I have to truly say over the years I’ve the quality of professionalism go down-hill even with the postal service. It’s a crying shame because there was a time when men and women took pride in working for the US Postal Service.

THIS IS NOT A POST OFFICE. This is a prime example of how Google is not accurate enough to rely on, blindly. A) it will not include all businesses because not all come up in Google and if you're new to town won't realize the ice cream shop near you is NOT 5 miles away, but in fact right around the corner 1.5 miles away AND B) It will list all addresses under categories you search as a real places of business even though they may not, such as this. This is the place where mail goes to get sorted and mail carriers convene and park. It is NOT a place to mail anything and doesn't even have a mailbox or entrance for you.

Was expecting a package to be delivered. Driver didnt even knock on my door. Just threw a slip under the door and drove off. Watched him do it and the slip said come pick it up. Why the hell did i pay for shipping if you guys were going to force me to pick it up anyway...USP without the Service.

I do not understand why this PO has a phone number and when I call it, they do not answer the phone. I called them the other day to tell them not to deliver a package giving them all the information they asked for. The very next day when it was not supposed to be delivered there it is on my front door step and me running down my driveway with it is o give back to the mailman. Then Mailman asking "you are refusing this package?" I told him yes I am.

UPS has dropped off two packages of mine to this post office through Sure Post and I have never received them. My tracking information shows what manager was on duty at the time of drop off and When I called to confirm if the manager who took the package works there they say yes, but they don't know where my package is. Maybe they should get rid of MIKE (who ever the hell you are). They don't take responsibility for losing anything. Worst post office and useless.
