I love the located, as well as the fact that if you can't make it during business hours, there are convient Post Boxes ( 2 ) located in the same parking lot. You don't even have to get out of your vehicle. You can use the drop off Mail boxes & the pick up times for said boxes are early enough that it shouldn't interrupt with your normal business schedule.

the workers here were not rude to me personally, but i have witnessed unacceptable rudeness to other customers. usually to foreign customers. today i went to return a package and the nice girl in front of me was waiting to track something on her phone while the person helping her was in the back, and when she went to the other clerk to let her know that her package was tracked and no longer needed the other clerk's assistance, the clerk was so rude and before letting her even finish her sentence, said she was already helping a customer. ill have you know that the clerk was actually printing something for the other customer and could've easily listened to the girl who just wanted to have her pass on the message to the clerk who was in the back of the store. the clerk didn't need to be rude about it and she even rolled her eyes and shook her head. if you don't like your job then don't work there or you'll just make people uncomfortable.

Walked in the door exactly at 5:29 pm today, when they close at 5:30. There was a line of people in there. This Lady comes out from the back and says in a loud angry voice, sorry you need to leave. We can't keep letting people in here. Seriously? 
I could see if no one was in the store, or maybe you should lock the door then. 
Last time I will ever walk into a USPS.
I get it you want to go home, but it would have taken me 1 min to ship my package.  Too bad you just lost another customer.

They do well delivering and sending packages. However if you ever want to speak to anyone for any reason at all you have to get down to the main post office and see someone face to face to ever get any help. You can call any number you find on Google and you will get a human about as many times as you are struck by lightning. Go ahead give it a try right now if you don't have anything to do for 2-7mins while the phone rings. It will eventually give you a machine that basically tells you to go with Fed ex or UPS if you want the luxury of customer service. 
I'm never usually for outsourcing of operators to foreign countries but that would be better than nobody at all to ever answer the phone. Sorry if I'm being picky but we have a free market here in America so the government run businesses aren't the only option thank God.
