Just went here a few minutes ago, to see where my package was, because they didn’t leave a notice or anything. So when I get there, it takes me 15 minutes to be greeted. A man asked me the problem and I let him know I have moved and since my address has changed and my package was suppose to have been shipped to my old address before my mail got changed over and how they didn’t leave a notice. Now, he closes the door mid sentence, and then the lady that was on the phone for that 15 minutes instead of doing her job after I pressed that service bell 5 Times, she came to the window being extra loud instead of explaining it because how in the hell am I suppose to know any of this if a notice was not sent. She was loud and rude and I basically grabbed my stuff up and left because darling, y’all customer service is beyond horrible. I hope to never come back here period. She informed me that my package was sent back to Florida and is being sent back, how in the hell am I suppose to know this? I’ll wait

They stole my birthday present and when my aunt resent it they tried to steal that too. We had insurance on the second package thank God or we would have had 2 stolen packages. They never fixed the first problem but they were able to fix the second problem after 2 weeks of phone tag.

They only pick up and deliver mail from green springs location when they wish! Not picking up my outgoing mail until they have mail for me. Some days don't even see them running my neighborhood. Exactly why I had to start paying my bills online!

Wish I could give this location zero stars! Dropped a package off 3 weeks ago, and just found out that the it's still sitting at the post office!! Not only that, I mailed out an important letter over 2 months ago, and recipient never received it to this day. The lines are usually long at this location, with only one Clerk working the counter. Please get the other workers in the back to help! Overhaul needed desperately here ASAP. Change is in order!!!!!

I didnt recieve package as indicated by tracking info. They were incredibly helpful and reasonably prompt investigating the  packages where abouts. Concluded with my recieving package only 3 days later than estimated by Amazon.
